Find a class to suit you

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, there's a class at Yoga Ashram that will cater to your interests and fitness level - from Hatha Vinyasa and Sound Healing Meditation to Stretch Classes and Spine Care Yoga, there are so many classes to discover! With 21 class types, spread across three different studios (Rishikesh, Tulum and Gili), you won’t ever be short of options. 

And, the best bit? Members can join two complimentary classes per week!

Hatha Vinyasa: Flow into the rhythm of your breath as you move through a sequence of graceful asanas. Hatha Vinyasa classes at Yoga Ashram combine the elements of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, allowing you to find harmony within your body and mind.

Prenatal Yoga: Mums-to-be can try a combination of yoga postures, movement, breathing techniques and meditation in these prenatal yoga sessions, and are great for learning techniques for an ‘easier and more comfortable’ labour. 

Sound Healing Meditation: Immerse yourself in a symphony of soothing sounds and let your worries melt away. Sound healing meditation classes provide a deeply therapeutic experience, using various instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls to create a state of profound relaxation. 

Pranayama, Yoga & Meditation: Through breathing exercises, you'll learn to deepen and expand your breath, promoting relaxation and reducing stress, before you’re guided through a yoga and meditation practice. 

Stretch Classes: Are you longing to release tension and enhance your flexibility? The stretch classes at Yoga Ashram are designed to help you unlock your body's full potential. Through a combination of gentle stretches and mindful movements, you'll feel any tightness dissolve.

Spine Care Yoga: With a focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and relieving back pain, develop a stronger, healthier spine as you move through targeted exercises and mindful spinal movements in Spine Care Yoga.
