Visit Sofitel Downtown for a few laps, with iconic views of the Burj Khalifa as you work!

Thursday

Hit up Warehouse Gym DIFC for a grueling Blackbox session, 45 minutes of cardio and strength training! Prepare to work.

Friday

Complete your workout at Waldorf DIFC and then treat yourself to a Happy Hour wine with a friend at Bull & Bear!

Saturday

It’s time for an active recovery with some swimming, head to the Ritz Carlton DIFC and use their inside pool for a few laps!
