We were so impressed with the changing facilities at The Gym, which are like a five-star hotel standard. Not only are the facilities 100% instagrammable, but you are also treated to L’Occitane shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, organic beauty products and even toothbrushes and razors. Salon worthy hair dryers and hot styling tools are also on offer in the changing facilities - you've got everything you need at your finger tips.

When you visit The Gym, you need to treat yourself to something from The Muscle Bar. We love that the ‘Muscle Men’ are trained in all things protein powder and health related, they can whip up something for you based on how you feel or based on your goals, if you want to hit certain macros.
