Alongside access to 8 state-of-the-art Warehouse Gyms, Privilee Members can attend one complimentary fitness class at every Warehouse Gym location, each week - that means 8 classes in total! Offering some of the best fitness classes in Dubai, with a huge variety available every day from 6am - 8pm, motivating and expert trainers, plus great changing facilities, you’re set to have an epic workout every time. 

Here is an overview of our four favourite classes - tried and tested by the Privilee Team! 

Circuits 

Looking to increase strength, raise your heart rate and target different muscle groups? These 45-minute classes will do exactly that! 

The circuit classes at Warehouse Gym are usually held in the open gym area, as some of the cardio and resistance machines are incorporated into the workout, such as Rowing Machines, Skillmills, SkiErg’s (ski machines) and Assault Bikes. Each circuit class is very varied, so you won’t ever get bored if you attend regularly, expect exercises such as plyo jumps, kettlebell swings, squat thrusters, bicep curls, devil presses and Russian twists - to give you a rough idea! The great thing about these classes is there is always a range of weights to use, so you have total control over how heavy or light you want to lift. 

All of the exercises will be demonstrated by the instructor before the class begins, with alternative options if you have an injury or want to take a lower impact option - however, if you forget what you’re supposed to be doing throughout the class, the instructor is always on hand to recap. The instructor will also explain how long you’ll be performing each exercise (or if it’s a set amount of reps), and if there are breaks in between, for example, 45 seconds working and a 15 second break.

BlackBox 

Not for the faint-hearted - these classes are intense! BlackBox is Warehouse Gym's signature class, held in a dark studio (like a black box!) with pumping music and flashing lights, combining high-intensity interval training and weights. 

The class is split into three parts: Weights, SkiErg and Skillmill (or a Running Machine), with approximately 12 minutes spent on each section, alongside a short (3-4 minute) abs blast at the end of the three rounds, and of course a warm up and cool down. 

When you arrive at the class, you’ll most likely begin on one of the Skillmills, with a step box (containing weights inside) and SkiErg closeby - this equipment will (usually) only be used by you during the class - so you have your own area to workout in.

CrossFit

Just starting your CrossFit journey, or been training for years? That doesn’t matter in CrossFit classes at Warehouse Gym - all levels are welcomed and catered for! 

With expert trainers on hand to guide you through the moves and ensure your form is correct, you can guarantee you’ll leave feeling like you’ve been pushed to work harder than you thought possible. 

The class is split into two sections: strength and conditioning followed by a high intensity ‘work out of the day’ (WOD), plus there is a warm up and stretches at the end to help you cool down and prevent injuries. With new functional workouts programmed every day, you can expect different movements (such as deadlifts, squats, and shoulder presses), reps, weights, and times in every session. There is even the chance to join CrossFit classes outdoors at Jumeirah Park, when weather permits.

Spinning 

The spinning classes at Warehouse Gym are about 45 minutes long, held in a dark studio with pumping (and motivating!) music. 

You’ll begin with a short warm up on the bike before starting the high intensity session, expect lots of hills and sprints throughout with few rest periods - it’s a real calorie burning class, so be prepared to work hard! Having said that, the instructors are super supportive and give lots of guidance throughout the class, with various options for different levels so you can go at your own pace where necessary. 

To end the class, you’ll be guided through a series of stretches to warm down, off of the bike.
