Class line-up
UN1T’s training structure is designed to keep your workouts fresh and effective. Their classes follow a weekly cycle: strength days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; team-based conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday; and hybrid sessions over the weekend that combine elements of both. With 26 unique class structures following a 12-week phased training program, members experience three phases: hypertrophy, strength, and power. This ensures constant progression and keeps performance at its peak.
Strength: These sessions are all about progressive overload, the key to continuous improvement. Focusing on compound lifts and team-based training, work in pairs or groups to motivate and push each other.
Conditioning: UN1T's conditioning classes focus on teamwork and pushing boundaries. Get ready to challenge yourself with intense workouts and a bit of friendly competition.
Mobility: Mobility is a key element of UN1T’s philosophy, focusing on flexibility, range of movement, and injury prevention. These sessions include targeted stretches and movements to complement strength training.
Weekly schedule:
- Monday: Duo - This strength class combines compound lifts with supersets for a full-body session.
- Tuesday: R1DGE - Climb the R1DGE with your partner in this intense, competitive cardio class! You’ll tackle two exercises per unit, switching with your partner as you work through timed intervals (15s, 30s, 45s).
- Wednesday: TR1 - Work in teams of three tackling three UN1Ts with three exercises per unit. Each unit targets a specific muscle group with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. Expect a focused, strength-building session.
- Thursday: ENDURE - Boost your endurance in this class combining longer conditioning sets with TABATA-style training. Push through extended exercises using machines, free weights, and body weight, all designed to help you last longer without maxing out!
- Friday: BU1LD - BU1LD lean muscle with 6-minute UN1Ts focused on completing three sets of compound, multi-joint lifts. Power through an extra 30 seconds for added overload!
- Saturday: ARENA - Enter the ARENA! In this Saturday team conditioning class, you'll race through movements to earn time on point-scoring exercises. Teams will push through 3 rounds with no rest until the end!
- Sunday: HYROX - Get ready for HYROX or challenge yourself with high-intensity functional fitness every Sunday in a 60-90 minute HYROX prep class. Experience a mini-Hyrox race that tests your strength, endurance, and grit, helping you sharpen your skills for the real event.
