Located in Al Quoz at Chase Sports and Fitness Club, this venue specialises in functional fitness that will have you feeling stronger, fitter, and more energised than ever. Build strength, improve endurance, and just switch up your routine - The Project DXB has something for all interests and abilities! Privilee Members can join one complimentary fitness class per week. 

A workout for every day of the week

No two days at The Project DXB are the same. Every day brings a fresh focus, allowing you to target different muscle groups and workout goals. Here’s the weekly lineup:

Monday: Lower Body Strength

Start the week by focusing on building serious leg power. Think squats, lunges, and deadlifts—this class is designed to leave your legs feeling stronger with every rep.

Tuesday: Upper Body Strength  

Tuesday is all about your upper body. Expect a killer mix of push-ups, presses, and pulls that will have your arms, shoulders, and back burning.

Wednesday: MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning)

If you’re ready to get your heart pumping and torch calories, MetCon Wednesdays are for you. This high-intensity class blends cardio and strength training, ensuring you walk out feeling unstoppable.

Thursday: Full Body Strength

Cover all your bases with this full-body workout. Target every major muscle group in one session—ideal for those wanting to maintain balance and overall fitness.

Friday: Engine

Building endurance is the name of the game on Fridays. Expect longer, cardio-based workouts designed to improve your stamina and keep you pushing through every challenge.

Saturday: Team Challenge

Saturday’s 75-minute Team Challenge class is the perfect way to end your week or kick off your weekend. You’ll work together with others in a high-energy session that tests your limits. 

Sunday: HYROX Training

If you’ve ever wanted to compete in a HYROX race or just see what it’s all about, The Project DXB has certified trainers to guide you. Test your strength, speed, and stamina in a combination of functional fitness exercises for 75 minutes. 

Ladies-only options

Join ladies-only classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am. The Monday and Wednesday sessions include full-body strength and conditioning work, and Friday’s ‘Glute Lab’ will focus on toning and strengthening your glutes for a powerful lower-body workout.

No matter which class you choose, you’ll be working with high-quality equipment, from sleds and assault bikes to battle ropes, medicine balls, and rowing machines. Variety is key, and The Project DXB has it all to keep you engaged and progressing.

Book your class

Privilee Members can book their weekly class at The Project DXB up to two days in advance. Please WhatsApp 0504994680 to book your class and include your name, Privilee membership number, and the class you want to join. Please note that bookings for the next morning must be made by 8pm the night before. 

A six-hour cancellation policy applies. Members will be charged a fee of AED 60 for late cancellations or if they do not attend a class they’ve booked.
