Located in Al Maqta, MProve Fitness is a huge gym, known as a ‘one-stop fitness destination’. The gym is renowned for its incredible fitness facilities and in particular for CrossFit training, offering the largest functional training centre in Abu Dhabi! 

Huge warehouse-style gym

MProve Fitness is located in Al Maqta, the gym has high ceilings and is super spacious, with plenty of room for workouts - and lots of equipment so that you’re not waiting around to use anything!

Outside of the gym and on-site cafe, there is plenty of complimentary parking available. 

Multiple areas for specific workouts

Depending on your fitness goal or how you like to workout, there are separate areas designated for different types of workouts at MProve. We’ve provided more details about each area below. 

Bodybuilding Area

The Bodybuilding Area is equipped with industry-leading strength training and bodybuilding equipment. There are highly qualified and experienced coaches in the area to help you and reduce the risk of injury when lifting - so don’t worry, you’re in good hands!

CrossFit Area

MProve is Abu Dhabi's largest CrossFit and functional training centre, they really are experts when it comes to CrossFit, with a CrossFit programme designed by the affiliated CrossFit EHOH. This area boasts a range of functional training equipment, including ropes, plyo boxes, assault bikes, skiErgs and, much more. Alongside the incredible facilities, there are also CrossFit classes available, where certified coaches will guide you through every phase of your training. 


The cardio area overlooks the main gym, full of a variety of machines to get your heart rate up! From stair masters and treadmills to bikes and rowing machines. In the Cardio area there is also space to stretch and warm up or cool down - perfect for before or after your training session. 


Train with professional Boxing Trainers at MProve Fitness, who specialise in building fighters from a beginner level. The gym offers boxing technique classes alongside boxing fitness classes in the boxing area, with a focus on traditional sparring and fighting styles. This area has multiple punch bags and boxing equipment if you’d prefer to do your own style of boxing training. 

Ladies-only area

Looking for an elite gym to train at, alongside like-minded females? The impressive private ladies-only gym area at MProve Fitness is for you! The gym offers all of the same facilities as the main gym, however in a private area just for females. 

Challenging fitness classes

Privilee Members can attend two complimentary fitness classes per week at MProve Fitness. Choose from CrossFit, Boxing, Olympic Weightlifting, Stretching and Ladies-Only, with classes available every day from 9am - 6pm. 

Each class is designed to challenge you and increase your fitness levels, under the guidance of expert Coaches to ensure your form is correct and exercises are performed properly .

The teams at MProve include Level One and Level Two certified Coaches who offer Strength Training, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, and Body Sculpting. Working towards a specific goal or need a little more guidance and motivation? Look no further! These expert trainers will have you hitting your goals in no time.

The cafe at MProve Fitness is a light and airy space, with indoor and outdoor seating available. Perfect for post-workout shakes and meals to help you refuel, or pre-workout coffees and snacks to give your workout that extra kick, the expansive menu includes a variety of tasty and nutritious options. From breakfast dishes such as omelettes, protein pancakes and acai bowls to ‘Bulk Up Dishes’ and Vegan options too! If you’re visiting the cafe after your workout, we recommend trying the ‘Yalla’ protein shake, containing banana, peanut butter, milk, chocolate ice cream, and protein.
