The restaurant tells the story of "Mistress" Mohini Singh, a fictional character who guides diners through her world of Indian history and traditions. However, it's the expertise of Chef Mohammed Arif that makes this one of Dubai's most sought-after dining hotspots.
Meet the chef
Chef Mohammed Arif brings over 17 years of experience to Little Miss India, drawing from a family deeply rooted in the traditions of North Indian cuisine. Graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology in New Delhi, Chef Arif's journey is one of passion and heritage.
His family's dedication to preserving the essence of Indian flavours is evident in every dish, and his passion shines through in his approach to cooking.
“I want customers to leave with a memory – a moment in time that keeps them coming back to relive again.” – Chef Mohammed Arif
What truly sets Chef Arif apart is his commitment to authenticity. He regularly travels back to India to source spices from one of the oldest spice markets in Old Delhi, a market that dates back to the 1500s.
This connection to traditional Indian ingredients is what gives his dishes their unique taste, ensuring that each meal at Little Miss India is a celebration of genuine Indian flavours.
Spice-packed flavours
The menu at Little Miss India explores India’s diverse culinary landscape. Specialising in North Indian cuisine, the menu is brimming with dishes that reflect the rich heritage of the region.
