Our booking process has changed for venues that require a pre-booking via our app. The changes have been made based on your valued feedback and suggestions.
Here’s everything you need to know…
1. WHAT ARE THE CHANGES TO THE BOOKING SYSTEM?
You can now book a spot at selected venues from 8pm the night before you plan to visit. Spaces will be released from 8pm for all venues which require you to pre-book. In addition, you will be able to book an AM or a PM slot guaranteeing you a space for arrival before or after 2pm.
2. WHY ARE WE MAKING THEM?
We are constantly striving to give you the best possible Privilee experience within the current climate and this update has been made as a direct result of valued feedback and polls by you, our Members. We are committed to improving our systems so please continue to share your feedback directly with us - we are listening.
3. DO WE NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
You just need to make sure you have the latest version of the Privilee app via the Apple store or Google Play to get booking away!
4. IF I BOOK AN ‘AM’ ARRIVAL SLOT, DO I HAVE TO CHECK OUT BEFORE 2PM?
No. You can stay the whole day if you’d like!
5. IF I BOOK A ‘PM’ ARRIVAL SLOT, CAN I ARRIVE BEFORE 2PM?
No. If you wish to arrive before 2pm, you will need to book an AM slot.
6. HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY?
Ensure your accounts are linked in the ‘Me’ section of our app. Select ‘Me’, then ‘My Family’, and choose to ‘Add Partner / Add a Child’. On booking, ensure all family members profiles are selected and book.
7. IF I MAKE A BOOKING, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?
Simply visit the ‘Me’ section in our app, click on ‘My Bookings’ and choose the booking you wish to cancel.
8. WHAT IF THE VENUE IS FULLY BOOKED?
As Members check out or cancel, these spaces are released for other Members to book so please check throughout the day if you only want to visit with a booking secured.
9. DO ALL VENUES REQUIRE PRE-BOOKING?
No, many of our venues do not require a booking to access and have very generous capacity. You can find the full list here.
10. IS VALET PARKING AVAILABLE?
It varies, but some venues may request you to self-park. This is a temporary requirement due to higher occupancies and new health and safety precautions.
