Step into a vibrant atmosphere
My friend and I arrived for dinner at about 8pm, and as soon as I walked through the doors of STK Dubai, I immediately noticed the energetic and lively ambience. The restaurant's sleek and modern interior, adorned with stylish decor and dimmed lighting, creates an atmosphere that blends a cool and sophisticated vibe.
Prepare to be wowed as live entertainment and talented DJs add an electric pulse throughout the night ensuring a memorable evening.
Sip on handcrafted cocktails
To begin our evening we each ordered a cocktail. I’d heard great things about the cocktails on offer and was keen to try them out! There’s a wide selection available, with fun and quirky names, mixing up a variety of different flavours to suit your preference. I went for a Cucumber Stiletto and my friend had a Nasty Gal - both were refreshing and tasty! The Cucumber Stiletto is infused with elderflower, mint, cucumber and mint, it’s really light and easy to drink, meanwhile, the Nasty Gal is a perfect blend of raspberry and lemon - fruity and delicious!

Let's dive into the gourmet food that makes STK Dubai a true standout! Renowned for its exceptional steaks, this restaurant takes pride in serving the perfect cut, cooked flawlessly. However, first, we began with a few starters…
We wanted to share a few dishes, so ordered the Burrata, Soft Shell Crab Slider and Lil Brg’s (I was particularly excited to try these as I had heard raving reviews). All of the dishes were fab and served at the same time so we could pick at all three. I can confirm, the Lil Brg’s (mini beef burgers) lived up to expectations! There are loads more other starter options, I think next time I’ll try the Fried Chicken Tacos as these looked really good.
For my main, I opted for the medium fillet and from the first bite, I was struck by the succulent tenderness and unbelievable flavour of the steak. The menu presents an array of steak options, including prime cuts like the mouthwatering dry-aged ribeye and the tantalising fillet mignon. Each dish is expertly prepared by their skilled culinary team which will leave your taste buds wanting more.
Beyond the exquisite steaks, STK Dubai's menu offers a range of other enticing options. Whether you're a seafood lover, vegetarian, or looking for a touch of indulgence, there is something for everyone. From fresh and flavourful fish to vibrant vegetarian dishes bursting with unique flavours, STK Dubai caters to all palates. My friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and said it was one of the best she’s ever had!
Make sure to add one (or a few!) of their carefully curated side dishes and divine sauces that perfectly complement your main course - the Mac and Cheese and Truffle Mash are top-tier!
Don’t skip dessert
Although we were both very full by this point, we couldn’t miss out on one of STK’s heavenly desserts. From cheesecake to donuts and apple crumble to ice cream, there is something to satisfy all sweet tooth's! We shared two; Donuts and Eton Mess. Wow! Served warm, the donuts are absolutely delicious (definitely worth saving room for when you go!) and the Eton Mess was super fresh - the perfect end to a fabulous meal.
