Here are my recommendations on where to workout in Abu Dhabi...
For working out alone:
The Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island is by far my favourite gym to workout at when I want to workout in peace with no one around.
The gym is surrounded by beautiful gardens and opens to a secluded spa pool area - the views as you workout are gorgeous!

For group fitness classes:
Volt Fitness at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr has a huge selection of fun classes, plus there is a ladies only area for dedicated classes.
If you’re not keen on classes, Volt Fitness has a huge gym with all the machines, weights and equipment you need. Alongside the main gym, there are areas dedicated to HIIT and boxing. plus a large fully equipped ladies only area for your own workouts.

For premium-feeling gyms:
My favourite luxurious gym with the latest equipment is The Rosewood Fitness Center, with beautiful decor and amazing views over Maryah Island. I also have a close second, Conrad Fitness at The Conrad Etihad Towers, conveniently located on The Corniche with a super high-end vibe and the latest TechnoGym equipment - the facilities are amazing!
