Enjoy complimentary selected group classes, a huge CrossFit rig with Olympic lifting platforms, plus endless cardio and weight training machines. Expect the unexpected in this urban style space, open from 5.30am to 11pm during the week, 8am to 8pm on Fridays and 7am to 11pm on Saturdays.

1. Endless free weights & resistance machines

The equipment available at SEVEN is second to none, with over 150 machines available (including a stair master!), you are going to hit your fitness goals in no time at this elite location. Alongside the resistance machines, there are also top-of-the range treadmills and bikes available for the cardio-bunnies. 

2. Olympic lifting platforms

Going for gold? You will be at SEVEN! The Olympic lifting platform means you can perfect your form and technique in a safe environment using the best equipment available. We can’t wait to see you smash those PB’s! 

3. 25m Sled track

We LOVE the Sled track, an amazing functional training feature and also super fun (but HARD!). The Sled track is not something most gyms have, which really sets SEVEN apart and means you can try a different style of training, or end your workout with a killer finisher (this is what we like to do!).

4. Boxing & MMA area 

Another added bonus to training at SEVEN is the boxing area, where you can achieve total-body results as you punch your way to fitness or work on your self-defense.    

5. Group fitness classes

Privilee members get access to a selection of fitness classes at SEVEN, view the timetable HERE. Push yourself to the max in an energetic spin class with  an amazing atmosphere and music to keep you motivated, or try a stretching class to lengthen those limbs, Privilee members can attend up to two classes per week at SEVEN. Our personal favourite is TRX!

6. A huge CrossFit rig

If you’re a CrossFit lover then SEVEN is perfect for you, with plenty of space and equipment available. The training station has been designed with everyone in mind so that it can be used for a range of multi-purpose training sessions. 


7. You’ll love the Frappy cafe!

After smashing your workout, fuel up on coffee or protein shakes. If you’re hungry, then the food served here is absolutely delicious and caters amazingly for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We love popping by post-workout and treating ourselves to a snack and frap!
