Two gorgeous pools
The resort has both a family and adults pool, providing the best of both worlds for those who like to Privilee with or without the family. The adults pool, known as 'Sunset Beach' doubles up as a trendy beach and pool lounge, offering cabanas and music from a resident DJ for a perfect chilled afternoon.
Please note, the adults pool, Sunset Beach, is open daily from 9am - 11pm.
The family pool is huge with lots of shallow and shaded areas, plus two slides that older kids' will absolutely love. On the other hand, we think that parents will be big fans of the temperature-controlled swim-up bar! An added benefit at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is the complimentary water provided around the pool - there's no reason to not stay hydrated!
A shaded kids' splash area!
Perfect for the hotter months in the UAE, this splash pad area is every kid (and parents!) dream. The entire area is super interactive with lots of water features to splash and play with - best of all, the area is shaded, so there is one less thing to worry about during the intense summer weather. There are also plenty of sunbeds and cabanas surrounding this area, so you can set up for the day here with the kids and let them run whilst you (try to) relax.

A HUGE pristine white beach
Soak up sunshine on the white sands of a 350m private beach, set against the Arabian Sea. The private beach at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah boasts plenty of comfortable sun loungers that have been strategically placed far apart, so that guests feel like they have their own private space on the beach. This really is the perfect beach to catch some rays in peace.

Engaging kids' activities
Let the kids' escape to their own world at Splash Kids' Club, which features indoor slides, a climbing frame and an outside play area, alongside a nursery. Kids' Club access for Privilee Members children is free for children aged 4- 12, with an array of exciting games and activities on offer - including arts and crafts, cooking and shows.
Please note, Splash Kids' Club is open on weekends only, from 9am - 6pm.
